  • 3 (5 oz) cans tuna packed in water (drained)
  • 2 celery sticks (finely diced)
  • ¼ cup red onion (finely diced)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
  • ¾ cup frozen peas (thawed)
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup sweet relish
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • Seasonings: celery salt, garlic salt, regular salt, pepper, cayenne (optional), paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, relish, lemon juice, vinegar, and seasonings in a bowl. Chill.
  2. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente (about 7 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Chop hard-boiled eggs.
