  • ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • ½ teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Chili oil (for drizzling)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped cabbage, grated garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Briefly microwave or steam dumpling wrappers to soften them.
  3. Grease ramekins lightly and layer one dumpling wrapper at the bottom of each. Add a layer of filling, repeating until finishing with a wrapper.
  4. Cover ramekins with foil and steam for about 20 minutes or bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until cooked through.
