  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, cooked chicken, chopped green onions, minced ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Take a potsticker wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center. Moisten edges with water, fold in half to seal.
  3. In a large pot over medium heat, cook potstickers for 5-7 minutes until they float.
  4. For the coconut broth, combine coconut milk and chicken broth in the same pot; add lime juice and fish sauce. Simmer gently.
  5. Add cooked potstickers to the broth and simmer for a few minutes before serving.
