Description

Texas Roadhouse Rattlesnake Bites are a mouthwatering blend of spicy jalapeños, creamy cheeses, and crispy breadcrumbs that make for the perfect appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and jalapeños until well blended.
  2. Roll small portions of the mixture into balls and set aside.
  3. Prepare your coating station with flour in one bowl and a mix of panko breadcrumbs and spices in another.
