- 1.5 lbs sauerkraut

- 1.5 cups apple slices
- 1 bag wide egg noodles

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and bring the pork roast to room temperature.
- In a heavy-bottomed pot, heat high-heat oil over medium-high heat. Season the pork with salt and pepper, then sear on all sides until browned.
