Ingredients

- 1.5 pounds white mushrooms
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup grated mozzarella
- ¾ cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté quartered mushrooms with salt and pepper until moisture evaporates (about 7-9 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in cream cheese until well combined, then add mozzarella, half of the bread crumbs, and half of the Parmesan.
- Transfer the mushroom mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Prepare topping by mixing remaining bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, and melted butter; sprinkle over mushroom mixture.
