  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Gold Tequila (or Silver Tequila)
  • Fresh Limes (sliced)
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Margarita salt (or coarse sugar)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Pour the boiling water into a heat-safe bowl and whisk in 6 ounces of strawberry jello until fully dissolved.
  3. Add 1 cup of tequila to the mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Position plastic shot glasses in a muffin tin or on a baking sheet.
  5. Fill each shot glass with approximately 1.5 oz of the jello mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
  7. Cut lime wedges and rim shot glasses with corn syrup and margarita salt before serving.
  8. Garnish each shot with a strawberry slice and lime wedge.
