Ingredients
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1 medium bell pepper (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup blue cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook rigatoni in a large pot of salted water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear steak pieces until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté diced onion and bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
