Ingredients
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1 medium bell pepper (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear steak pieces until browned but not fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
- Sauté diced onion and bell pepper in the same skillet until softened, then add minced garlic.
