- 2 packs instant ramen noodles
- 2 cups chicken or beef broth
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie)
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sriracha (or Korean chili sauce)
- Chopped green onions
- Toasted black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Marinate the beef by mixing soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper in a bowl. Add the beef and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the creamy sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and sugar in a small bowl. Chill while preparing other components.
- In a pot over medium heat, simmer chicken or beef broth with gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt.
- Cook the ramen noodles in the simmering broth until al dente (about 3 minutes).
- Grill the marinated beef in a hot pan until caramelized (about 2–3 minutes per side) and slice thinly.
- Assemble by placing noodles in bowls topped with broth, grilled beef slices, and drizzled creamy sauce. Garnish with green onions and black sesame seeds.
