- 2 dried ancho chiles

- Toast chiles in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Blend toasted chiles with beef broth, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, and sea salt until smooth.
- In a skillet, heat avocado oil and brown seasoned beef on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.
