  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 1012 shrimp (tail off and deveined)
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups mixed onions and bell peppers (chopped)
  • 3 tsp minced garlic

  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • chili powder
  • cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook shrimp in a skillet with seafood seasoning until they form a “C” shape; set aside.
