- 32 oz (1000g) Cream Cheese, (well softened)
- 3/4 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Liquid Honey
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 3/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 3 Large Eggs, (at room temperature)
- 2 Large Egg Yolks, (at room temperature)
- 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Full-Fat Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Liquid Honey
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp Table Salt, (to desired saltiness)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
