  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup maraschino cherries (halved)

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 22.5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease two small loaf pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine yellow cake mix and pistachio pudding. Add eggs, vegetable oil, water, and sour cream; beat until smooth.
  3. Fold in halved maraschino cherries and pour the batter into the loaf pans.

  5. For icing, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and almond extract; drizzle over cooled loaves.
