  • 7 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup eggnog
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 eggs

  • ½ cup whipping cream (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggnog, cornstarch, and eggs, mixing well after each addition. Pour over crust.
  3. Bake for about 45 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Let cool in the oven for an hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
