  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peach filling by mixing cubed peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. For the dough, warm water slightly and mix with bread flour until smooth. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and knead until elastic.
