  • 3 lbs organic chuck roast
  • 4 dried guajillo peppers
  • 4 dried ancho chiles
  • 1 onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 12 organic corn tortillas
  • Shredded Oaxaca cheese
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Pico de Gallo

Instructions
