Ingredients
- 1.25 lbs ground turkey
- 1.5 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup finely diced onions
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 12 rice paper wrappers
- Avocado spray oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion powder, garlic powder, minced garlic, diced onions, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Soften one rice paper wrapper in warm water for 10–15 seconds; lay it flat on a clean surface.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of filling near the center of the wrapper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly to form a dumpling.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with avocado oil and cook dumplings for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
