  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 cup finely diced onions
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 12 rice paper wrappers
  • Avocado spray oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion powder, garlic powder, minced garlic, diced onions, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Soften one rice paper wrapper in warm water for 10–15 seconds; lay it flat on a clean surface.
  3. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling near the center of the wrapper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly to form a dumpling.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with avocado oil and cook dumplings for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve with coconut aminos and red pickled ginger.
