Ingredients
- 15 Maria cookies or 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 7 oz guava paste (about 3 wedges)
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing Maria cookies in a food processor and mixing with melted butter. Press firmly into muffin tin cups.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, vanilla, lime juice, and zest. Mix well.
