- Salt to taste
- 4 small pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons tahini sauce
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook cooked chickpeas with cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Warm pita breads in a toaster or oven for 1-2 minutes until soft.
- Lay out warmed pita breads flat and evenly distribute the chickpea mixture among them.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, crumbled feta cheese, and drizzle with tahini sauce.
- Fold gently to form tacos and serve immediately.
