  • 15 g sugar
  • 397 g condensed milk (1 can)
  • 240 g mascarpone cream (room temperature)
  • 360 ml double cream (cold)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp fine salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberry Sauce: In a saucepan, combine strawberries and sugar over medium heat. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until softened. Allow to cool slightly before blending into a sauce.
  2. Mix the Mascarpone Base: In a large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, mascarpone, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip cold double cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  3. Combine Everything Together: Swirl half of the cooled strawberry sauce into the mascarpone mixture. Transfer to a freezer-safe container.
  4. Swirl More Strawberry Sauce: Drizzle remaining strawberry sauce on top, using a knife to create swirls.
  5. Freeze: Cover tightly and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
