Instructions
- Rinse sweet rice under cold water until clear, soak for at least 4 hours or overnight, then steam until tender.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
