Instructions
- Prepare the raspberry swirl by simmering raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan for 5-7 minutes until thickened. Strain and set aside to cool.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
