Ingredients
- Round mandu dumpling wrappers
- Cooked dangmyeon (sweet potato starch noodles)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the kimchi, dangmyeon noodles, bean sprouts, tofu, minced onion, garlic chives, ground pork, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each round wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold over to create a half-moon shape; press firmly to seal.
- Arrange dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper and steam over boiling water for about 30 minutes until cooked through.
