  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Organic Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour

Instructions

  1. Melt the Lakanto Chocolate Chips and Coconut Oil in a medium saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  2. Prepare silicone molds on a baking sheet for stability.
  3. Pour melted chocolate into molds, filling each about 1/3 full and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Mix Organic Peanut Butter and Coconut Flour in a bowl; adjust consistency if needed.
  5. Spoon the peanut butter mixture into frozen chocolate layers, leaving space for more chocolate.
  6. Freeze again for 10 minutes until slightly firm.
  7. Top with remaining melted chocolate and freeze until fully set (20-30 minutes).
