  • 2 1/2 lb party chicken wing dings
  • Salt and pepper
  • 89 tsp jerk seasoning
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp tamari
  • 1/4 tsp gluten-free hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger or fresh grated ginger
  • 1/8 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, jerk seasoning, and baking powder.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and spray the rack with cooking oil.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 15–17 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. In a pot over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in honey, tamari, hot sauce, ginger, and paprika; let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Coat the cooked wings in the honey garlic sauce or brush sauce onto wings before returning to the air fryer for an additional 8 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
