Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces smoked sausage (like kielbasa), sliced
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Roast sweet potatoes for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the honey garlic sauce by simmering honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
  5. After 15 minutes, add sausage slices and broccoli florets to the baking sheet. Drizzle half of the sauce over everything and toss to coat.
  6. Roast for an additional 15–20 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender and broccoli is crisp-tender.
  7. Serve hot with remaining sauce drizzled on top.
