Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and mix in honey, olive oil, and minced garlic until combined.
- On a large baking sheet, arrange carrot sticks in a single layer and drizzle with the honey garlic butter sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper; toss to coat evenly.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until tender, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm from the oven, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
