Instructions
- Blend peaches, apple juice, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture, stirring until fully dissolved (about 3-5 minutes).

- Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Once set, gently remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
