  • 14 oz cooked and shredded chicken
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz plain yogurt
  • 4 oz mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 carrot, finely grated
  • 1.5 oz spinach, roughly chopped
  • 6 tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and wash the vegetables.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, green onions, yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, grated carrot, spinach, diced tomatoes, diced celery, lemon zest and juice, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and dill. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place a generous scoop of the chicken salad mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll from bottom to top to secure the filling inside.
  5. Cut each wrap in half diagonally if desired.
