- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 oz plain yogurt
- 4 oz mayonnaise
- 1.5 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 carrot, finely grated
- 1.5 oz spinach, roughly chopped
- 6 tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and wash the vegetables.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, green onions, yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, grated carrot, spinach, diced tomatoes, diced celery, lemon zest and juice, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and dill. Mix until well combined.
