Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts (cubed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- 12 oz elbow macaroni (cooked al dente)
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- Seasonings: smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, pepper
Instructions
- Marinate cubed chicken in olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked. Stir in butter, honey, and chopped parsley.
- In the same skillet, sauté additional minced garlic in butter until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer gently.
- Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheeses until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked elbow macaroni to the sauce; mix well and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
