  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 1 pound Scallops
  • 1 pound Mussels
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 cup White Wine (optional)
  • 4 cups Seafood Stock
  • Fresh Herbs (Thyme, Bay Leaf)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: chop onion and garlic, dice potatoes, rinse mussels.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil or butter. Sauté onions until translucent, then add garlic.
  3. Add diced potatoes and pour in seafood stock; bring to a simmer and cook until potatoes are tender (10-15 minutes).
  4. Stir in white fish, shrimp, scallops, mussels, white wine (if using), heavy cream, milk, thyme, and bay leaf. Simmer gently until seafood is cooked through.
