- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×6-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.

- Gradually add mochiko flour and baking powder, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour and 25 minutes or until golden brown.
