- 2 shallots (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ cup whiskey
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 cup cream (20% fat or heavy cream)
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
Instructions
