  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add the chicken pieces to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5–7 minutes until browned on the outside.
  3. Pour in chicken broth along with thyme and basil. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat again; gradually stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy. If desired, add spinach or kale until wilted (about 1–2 minutes).
