Ingredients
- 2 heads garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
- Crostini or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉. Slice off the tops of the garlic heads and drizzle with olive oil.
- Wrap the garlic in foil and roast for 50 minutes until soft. Let cool.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350℉.

- Combine mashed garlic with cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, half of the parmesan, salt, and pepper.
