- 1 package (about 20 pieces) refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the egg mixture by whisking together eggs and milk in a shallow bowl.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
