Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 12 ounces deli roast beef
- 1 cup French fried onions
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 can beef consommé
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place one tortilla flat and layer half with provolone cheese, followed by roast beef and fried onions. Brush the edge with olive oil.
- Roll tightly from the filled end, sealing the edge securely. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops and sides lightly with olive oil.
