  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 ounces deli roast beef
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 can beef consommé
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place one tortilla flat and layer half with provolone cheese, followed by roast beef and fried onions. Brush the edge with olive oil.
  3. Roll tightly from the filled end, sealing the edge securely. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush the tops and sides lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. While baking, heat consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder in a saucepan until simmering.
