- 12 slider buns
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sweet relish
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 12 slices American cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Bake the fish filets as per package instructions until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, relish, lemon juice, and dill to make tartar sauce; refrigerate.
- Arrange slider buns on the second sheet pan, brush with melted butter, and warm in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
