- ½ teaspoon salt

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup hollandaise sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Layer half of the diced Canadian bacon in the dish, followed by half of the English muffin pieces. Repeat the layers.
