  • 6 English muffins, split and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup hollandaise sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Layer half of the diced Canadian bacon in the dish, followed by half of the English muffin pieces. Repeat the layers.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove plastic wrap and sprinkle paprika on top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
  8. Drizzle warm hollandaise sauce over the casserole and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
