  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 0.5 cup sugar-free salsa
  • 0.25 cup full-fat sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro and lime juice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground chicken until browned (5-6 minutes).
  2. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water; stir for about 2 minutes until coated.
