  • 8 oz Lobster Meat
  • 8 oz Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 oz Scallops
  • 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Dry Sherry
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • Salt and White Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add lobster meat and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly opaque. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add remaining butter, shallots, and garlic; sauté until translucent (2-3 minutes).
  3. Sprinkle flour over the mixture; stir well. Gradually add dry sherry while stirring continuously until smooth.
  4. Slowly pour in heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
  5. Return lobster to the skillet with shrimp and scallops; cook for another 5-7 minutes until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.
  6. Season with salt and white pepper to taste; garnish with parsley before serving.
