- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- Juice and zest of 1 lime

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove (minced)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice and zest, dill, Dijon mustard, garlic, and salt. Mix well to form the dressing.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until pink. Prepare an ice water bath.
- Transfer cooked shrimp to the ice bath for about 3 minutes, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In the mixing bowl, add chopped shrimp, diced cucumber, and sliced green onions to the dressing. Stir gently until well combined.
