  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  6. Transfer skillet to oven; bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic for one minute, stir in flour, then gradually whisk in broth and cream until thickened.
