  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Pour buttermilk into another bowl.
  2. Dip each fish fillet in buttermilk and coat thoroughly with the flour mixture.
