  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk in almond milk until smooth.
  4. Dip each floret into the batter, shake off excess, then roll in Panko breadcrumbs.
