  • 4 ounces canned cooked crab meat
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 7 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat with garlic powder, white pepper, sugar, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese with Parmesan and half the mozzarella; add sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  4. Fold the crab mixture into the cream cheese base along with chopped green onions.
  5. Transfer to a cast iron skillet, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cook in the Air Fryer for 7 minutes or until golden brown on top.
