- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 6 oz Crab Meat (fresh or imitation)
- 2 tbsp Green Onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
- Wonton Wrappers
- Oil for Frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and crab meat. Mix in green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Lay wonton wrappers flat and place about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center of each. Moisten edges with water and seal tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry wontons in small batches for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
