  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Drain and pat dry the crab meat thoroughly.
