  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1012 oz. chocolate (semi-sweet or milk)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared dish to about ½ inch thick.
  5. Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Cut out heart shapes using a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
  7. Return cut hearts to the freezer until firm again.
  8. Melt your chosen chocolate according to package instructions.
  9. Dip each heart in melted chocolate and place on parchment-lined tray.
  10. Refrigerate until set.
